"You've reached the extension for submitting a story to the Cerealia Times. Please describe your story after the beep. For reference, please include your name and contact information. You may also make your tip anonymously, or ask for anonymity. As a source, your anonymity is protected by law, and will not be revealed without your express permission.
Kahk-kahk... Keep in mind, you cannot be financially compensated for information you provide, for reason of journalistic ethics. ...no, really, journalists aren't supposed to do that."

"The Cerealia Times is in need of correspondents, reporters, photojournalists, and delivery personnel.
Correspondent: you are expected to respond to stories that break out in an assigned section of Cerealia, report the information at the scene, interview witnesses, and supply written stories. Mild literacy is required.
Reporters: you are expected to actively pursue assigned stories and conduct related interviews in a timely manner. Mild interpersonal skills a plus, but not essential. With approval, you will be free to investigate your own stories.
Photojournalists: you are expected to record newsworthy events on film. This may require taking shots under suboptimal conditions.
Delivery personnel: you are expected to transport, unload, and fold bundles of newspaper around Cerealia.
All of these jobs take long hours and are very demanding... but they're worth it. --Except for the delivery job, that's just busywork. Sss, sss!
Leave your contact information, desired post, and brief description of your experience, if any!"

Date: 2015-06-02 01:04 am (UTC)You're coming too.
Re: text;
Date: 2015-06-02 02:12 am (UTC)Also, the only way I'm getting in the water is if you find me a waterproof box. Possibly an air tank too so I don't drown.
text;
Date: 2015-06-02 03:12 am (UTC)[ This is already turning out into too much work, she just was being nice. ]
Re: text;
Date: 2015-06-02 03:20 am (UTC)Anyway, even if you don't find me a box, I'll still go, I'll just sit and relax on the side while you guys swim.
text;
Date: 2015-06-02 03:27 am (UTC)[ Too much work. ]
But you're still welcome to come. Just no reporting alright? This is a normal girl's day out.
With a couple boys.
text;
Date: 2015-06-02 03:29 am (UTC)text;
Date: 2015-06-02 03:43 am (UTC)...Doubly so because you're in a box.
text;
Date: 2015-06-02 04:01 am (UTC)So who else is coming? Can I invite someone?
text;
Date: 2015-06-02 04:04 am (UTC)Right now it's me, Matoi, Cykes, Kirigiri, Kuzuryuu, Lee, and maybe a few others.
text;
Date: 2015-06-02 04:10 am (UTC)So Ryuko, Athena, and Lee as in Rock Lee?
text;
Date: 2015-06-02 04:12 am (UTC)text;
Date: 2015-06-02 04:22 am (UTC)And yes, I followed up with Ryuko about your story. Eh... she won't be an issue.
text;
Date: 2015-06-02 03:57 pm (UTC)What the hell? What's that supposed to mean? Are you two friends now or something?
Re: text;
Date: 2015-06-02 07:03 pm (UTC)No, the opposite. She said something insulting my staff, so I took offense. Our conversation was pretty short all-around. Don't worry it won't be an issue.
What are you going to do if Nui decides to show up?
text;
Date: 2015-06-02 07:07 pm (UTC)[ Which yes, is totally a stereotype that Nonon ought to not be spewing given her own problems. ]
I'm not. She's a loudmouth sometimes, but she's not actually that bad of a person. If you get to know her she's actually fine to be around...
[ Yeah, says the girl crushing on Ryuko. ]
I'll drown her in the pool if I have to. But that's why I'm not just asking in public, I don't want her to know.
Re: text;
Date: 2015-06-02 07:14 pm (UTC)I guess I could see it. But darn it, I don't want my staff insulted. They work hard.
Speaking of which, that's who I might invite.
text;
Date: 2015-06-02 07:15 pm (UTC)[ And yet Nonon goes and spouts it off... ]
I'll talk to her. She won't bother you. Just don't pick a fight with her.
...You mean that Inaba girl?
Re: text;
Date: 2015-06-02 07:24 pm (UTC)Inaba? I suppose I could invite her too, but I was actually thinking of Leia Rolando.
text;
Date: 2015-06-02 07:29 pm (UTC)I don't know her, but if you're vetting for her that's fine I guess.
text;
Date: 2015-06-02 07:30 pm (UTC)You want me to invite Inaba?
text;
Date: 2015-06-03 02:38 am (UTC)[ Nonon doesn't want her plans ruined... ]
