I'd like to report a story about an old perv-...I mean-...old man named Hyoubu Kyousuke who has been wearing the same set of clothing for years and doesn't seem to have done any laundry.
Is this where we report him? I was going to go talk to the police since he's a public nuisance but I thought you might find it interesting.
