I imagine this would be in the case of someone who was previously dead or in some kind of trouble at home, correct? Unfortunately at present time, this isn't a feasible option just because of the instability of the code and the threat of the Flamines. Yet CERES is still working very hard to make life here in Cerealia a bit more steady so in the future, I do not see any reason for this to not be an option.
