Not true. Even gossip column content must meet the standards of "fair statement" or at least being "without malice." In my opinion, these were met.

The Cerealia Times is not lies. I take accusations of libel seriously.

If you know someone who disputes something in the gossip column, inform them they are free to contact me for a correction next edition if there is a factual error. I will personally review all claims.

They are also free to write a complaint in the form of a letter to the editor.

You are also free to write a complaint in the form of a letter to the editor.

Anyone is free to write a complaint in the form of a letter to the editor.

Letters to the editor must be physical letters, delivered in person, to me.

As of now, I am satisfied with the gossip column. Maybe if I get enough complaints in the form of letters to the editor I will change this stance.
